Thinking about selling your business?

There may be more than one way to leave it. For selected established businesses, Sagasyn is open to private initial conversations about deeper partnership or potential partial or complete acquisition.

We are interested in good businesses, not perfect businesses

Outdated systems, owner dependency, weak digital presence or unrealised commercial opportunities do not automatically make a business unattractive. Real customers, good reputation, repeat demand, capable staff, healthy underlying economics and durable relationships matter.

Sometimes what looks like a problem is simply value that has not been unlocked yet.

A sale does not always happen in one day

01
Traditional sale
Ownership transfers under an agreed transaction.
02
Phased or partial acquisition
Ownership changes over time, or the owner retains an interest.
03
Transition or partnership first
The owner may remain temporarily while knowledge and relationships transfer.

What are you actually trying to buy back?

More money may be part of the answer. Perhaps you are looking for time, freedom, security, family life, another project or retirement. The structure should serve the outcome — not the other way around.

A careful conversation

No pressure to sell. No instant valuation gimmick. No assumption about the right answer. Sagasyn is not presenting itself as a broker, investment fund or regulated adviser. Any transaction would be subject to appropriate legal, financial and tax advice.
